This is the result of a company's demise when they have stupidity in the management ranks. Everyone in the management ranks wants to be cheap so that they could fatten their respective paychecks. At the same time, they want to undermine their experienced employees with cheap labor and let the customer run wild without any sales guidence. This is why a lot of consumers return their electonic devices because the sales personal can't tell them anything because upper management doesn't give any incentive for them to do so, like providing them wiith a 5% to 10% commision for the number of products they sell. Instead, they cut the workers commission to almost zero?

The same thing doesn't just apply to Circuit City. But every other retailer I have seen. This is certainly not the 1980's where a lot of productivity were commission based in the retail outlets. In contrast with today's outlook, I have never seen this situation so bad in my life. The service quality is almost non-existant. The products are so cheap that they expire as so as you turn on the switch.

This is certain an era where stupid people will always make stupid decisions in upper management. As we have clear seen, the problem is so bad that it will take a very long time to fix. I certainly wouldn't want a stupid doctor operating on me. It's bad enough that we have a stupid President, who is finally leaving the White House after eight long years in power. I am hopeful for the future. But it will take a lot of blood and hardwork to get this country back to its fomer glory with the world.
